Shelene has been cast as the lead in the feature film Codename: Dragon Fly, where she plays secret agent, Lola Basheer. The promotional teaser for the film was screened at the first annual HeroFest’ in San Francisco and the Baltimore Comicon in May 2009.  The full length feature is in pre-preproduction set to shoot in late 2010.

Shelene’s first book, "Act from the Inside Out”,  is available March 9, 2010, where she shares tools and wisdom from the art of acting encouraging communities to live life to the fullest with faith and freedom. Proceeds from the book will go towards a scholarship fund to help students from lower income communities attain a higher education.
